EasyLock Panels provide a unique and modular system that enables the quick and easy installation of safe and comfortable indoor and outdoor sports surfaces.
The unique springy properties of the panels significantly reduce the jarring of joints. The panels comply with the World Rugby test for Head Injury Criteria (HIC) and ensure that any artificial turf field is compliant with the standards dictated for FIFA Quality, FIFA Quality Pro and World Rugby.
EasyLock Panels allow for the installation of a sports floor on any type of surface or subbase and require little to no groundworks. Providing the surface is flat and stable, EasyLock Turf Panels guarantee a safe and durable sports field.
The installation of Turf Panels requires only the top 10 cm of the surface to be worked. This will save 50% to 80% of the excavation and sand-replacement work usually associated with installing a quality sports field or playground. Thanks to the horizontal drainage properties of the panel, EasyLock Panels also make it possible to install a sports field or playground on top of buildings, in parking lots or over existing infrastructure.

Artificial turf carpet
Our artificial turf components – yarns, backing, and glue tape – are made from 100% PET. The system doesn't compromise on the sports-specific requirements. Using PET as a raw material enables multiple reuse cycles for producing similar products.
EasyLock base panels
Our panels made from processed end-of-life turf, provide player comfort and excellent drainage while minimizing site disruption and installation complexity. They also boast a superior life expectancy.
Olivine stabilizing sand
Olivine is a naturally occurring mineral composed of magnesium iron silicate. It reacts with CO₂ and water, sequestering carbon in the process. Olivine captures up to 1.25 times its volume in carbon.
Organic performance infills
Topped with either cork, walnut shell as a performance infill. These natural materials meet sport-specific requirements while reducing ambient temperature.
